Cancellation and Returns Policy
Canceling your order
Do you want to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered? No problem! Please contact us via email at support@washcab.com.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. Please contact us within this period so we can arrange the return shipment.

Condition of the returned product
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to evaluate the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.

Return process
After your return notification, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the further handling.

The return shipping costs are €75 and are at your own expense.

Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount—including any original shipping costs, but minus the return costs of €75—within 14 days via the payment method used for your original purchase.

If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@washcab.com. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
