Has your order already been shipped or have you already received it, but you still want to cancel the purchase? Then you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please contact us within this period so that we can arrange the return.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the product – including all accessories – in its original condition and packaging if possible. Please note: if the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess it, we may charge a reduction in value for this. Therefore, handle the products carefully and ensure good packaging when returning them. Products that have already been assembled cannot be returned.
After receiving your return notification, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further handling.
The return costs are €75 and are at your own expense.
Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount – including any shipping costs, but minus the return costs of €75 – within 14 days via the payment method of your original purchase.
If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
