Shipping and Delivery Information

To celebrate our launch, shipping is currently completely free for a limited time!

The delivery time is 7 working days. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the expected delivery date.

When your order is ready for shipment, the carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries take place on working days (Monday to Friday).

Important information:

  • The driver delivers to the first door of the building.

  • For apartment complexes, this is the main entrance of the building.

  • Pallets and packaging materials are not taken back.

Standard shipping costs:

  • Orders with an order value over €700 are shipped for free.

  • For orders under €700, a shipping fee of €59 will be charged.

Shipping costs for the Wadden Islands:

  • For orders >€700, the shipping costs are €75.

  • For orders <€700, the shipping costs are €124.
