What is the delivery time and how does delivery take place?

The average delivery time is 7 working days. After the order has been placed, you will receive the expected delivery date by e-mail.

When your order is ready for shipment, the carrier will contact you by telephone to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery takes place on working days (Monday to Friday)

Important to know:
- The delivery person delivers to the first door of the building
- In the case of an apartment complex, this is the main entrance of the building
- Pallets and packaging materials are not taken back.

Is your order already on its way or have you already received it, but you still want to cancel your purchase? Then you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Do you want to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered? No problem! In that case, please contact us via email: support@washcab.com.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product – including all accessories – in its original condition and packaging if possible. Please note: if the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess it, we may charge a reduction in value. Therefore, handle the products carefully and ensure good packaging when returning them. Products that have already been assembled cannot be returned.

After you notify us of your return, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further processing.

The return costs are €75 and are at your own expense.

As soon as we have received the returned products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount – including any shipping costs, but minus the return costs of €75 – within 14 days via the payment method of your original purchase.

If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Yes, indeed. Washcab washing machine cabinets have a load capacity of up to 120 kg. The thick base plate combined with the sturdy cabinet construction ensures that the cabinets can safely support a washing machine weighing up to 120 kg.

Washcab cabinets are made of high-quality sheet material with a protective melamine coating. This makes our cabinets moisture-resistant.

Please note: our cabinets are moisture-resistant, but not waterproof. When used in a damp room, it is important that good ventilation is possible, so that the cabinets are not exposed to a damp environment for extended periods. Good ventilation means: an open window or mechanical ventilation in combination with an open window.

No. The cabinets are equipped with a metal safety strip for the machines, ensuring 100% that no machine can vibrate out of the cabinet.

Yes! To ensure safety and warranty, it is important to secure the cabinets to the wall.
