Smooth delivery. Even faster than indicated when ordering. The furniture ordered is of good quality, although assembly took a bit longer than expected but was manageable. The carrier was also very helpful in placing the pallet in the right spot behind our house.
The laundry cabinet is beautiful
The laundry cupboard is beautiful! It's not an Ikea cabinet you put together yourself, but an experienced DIYer can largely build it alone. Vibrations are also much less audible throughout the house now. No more bending over and always a beautifully tidy laundry room, a dream come true. This was, by the way, the first affordable cabinet I came across, the rest are all at least twice as expensive!
Sturdy and beautiful cabinet!
Delivered on the agreed date. During assembly, one of the handles had a broken thread. I reported this to Washcab, and 2 days later I received the replacement part in the mail. A very sturdy and beautiful cabinet that I can definitely recommend. Special praise also goes to the lady at the contact center who was very helpful and friendly.

What are the shipping costs?

What is the delivery time and how does delivery take place?
What is the delivery time and how does delivery take place?
The average delivery time is 7 working days. After the order has been placed, you will receive the expected delivery date by e-mail.
When your order is ready for shipment, the carrier will contact you by telephone to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery takes place on working days (Monday to Friday)
Important to know:
- The delivery person delivers to the first door of the building
- In the case of an apartment complex, this is the main entrance of the building
- Pallets and packaging materials are not taken back.
How can i return my order?
Is your order already on its way or have you already received it, but you still want to cancel your purchase? Then you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Do you want to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered? No problem! In that case, please contact us via email: support@washcab.com.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product – including all accessories – in its original condition and packaging if possible. Please note: if the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess it, we may charge a reduction in value. Therefore, handle the products carefully and ensure good packaging when returning them. Products that have already been assembled cannot be returned.
After you notify us of your return, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further processing.
The return costs are €75 and are at your own expense.
As soon as we have received the returned products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount – including any shipping costs, but minus the return costs of €75 – within 14 days via the payment method of your original purchase.
If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Can the cabinet carry a heavy washing machine of 120kg?
Absolutely. Washcab washing machine cabinets have a load capacity of up to 120 kg . The thick base combined with the sturdy cabinet construction ensures that the cabinets can safely support a washing machine up to 120 kg.
Is the material of the cabinets moisture resistant?
Washcab cabinets are made of high-quality sheet material with a protective melamine coating. This makes our cabinets moisture-resistant.
Please note: our cabinets are moisture-resistant, but not waterproof. When used in a damp room, it is important that good ventilation is possible, so that the cabinets are not exposed to a damp environment for extended periods. Good ventilation means: an open window or mechanical ventilation in combination with an open window.

Yes! To ensure safety and guarantee, it is important to secure the cabinets to the wall.
What colors are the cabinets available in?
Washcab cabinets are exclusively available in white.
